When you receive a trade alert from Jeff Bishop in Bullseye Trades, and if you decide you’re interested in getting into the trade, Jeff Bishop first recommends you do one very important thing; WAIT!
The trade idea he sends is not a recommendation to get into the trade first thing on Monday; there is absolutely no rush.
For Bullseye trades Jeff puts the options trade in place at the price he wants, and then he waits. The trade may get filled on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, and sometimes it may not even get filled at all, which means that we don’t get into the trade.
I am fine with that; I will never chase trades, and neither should you.

Allow the trade to come to you. And if the price goes a little bit lower, Jeff Bishop might even enter more options contracts for that trade.
In the Bullseye trade alerts Jeff always gives an idea of the type of stop loss that he is looking at if the underlying price of the stock goes against him; this helps to help protect our trading capital.
I am always reminded of what the economist John Maynard Keynes said in this regard;
“The market can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent.”
Great words!
Do the alerts work? Yes. Here is a list of this years Bullseye Trades.

Jeff Bishop Bullseye Trades Review: My Tips
Don’t EVER Chase Trades!
Allow the trade to come to you and don’t get emotionally caught up in your trades. I’ll always take smaller, banked profits over pipe dreams of future profits any day! And remember that there is always next week’s Bullseye trade if this week’s trade doesn’t work out as you expected.
Paper Trade
If trading stocks or options is new to you, it’s fine to wait and see. Don’t feel that you have to leap in at the deep end of Bullseye trades.
A lot of brokerages now offer paper trading which allows you to place real trades but with “paper” money. This way you can take a look at the trade, see if it feels right, get in on the trade and see what happens. How you feel about the trade and how you respond if the trade goes up or down helps you to build some confidence.
When you feel that you are consistent in your trading and how you respond to the different trading scenarios that come up (they will!), then you will know if you feel ready to start trading real money trades on your own.
Losing paper money is always good practice, and I feel that it helps to prepare you for real money trading, and can guide you to make better trading decisions.
Conclusions
I love these Bullseye trades and I think you are going to love them too. The trades barely take any time and the win rate is more than 80%. You have plenty time to plan your entrance and check out the due diligence that Jeff Bishop provides. The follow up analysis on how the trade went is great and even the odd live trade.
