Mark Sebastian’s Profit Revolution Review: Introduction
Money Map Press is a company that publishes many different financial newsletters. The newsletters are very popular and range in price quite dramatically.
Profit Revolution is an exciting new service that Mark launched recently. He makes some bold claims in the sales material about the strategy making people millions of dollars.

Who is Mark Sebastian?
Mark Sebastian is primarily an options trader. He founded OptionPit.com and was a market maker for both the Chicago Board Options Exchange and the American Stock Exchange.
Mark is the author of The Option Traders Hedge fund – a highly rated book on Amazon (check it out here).
He is quite high profile in this world of financial media. He has frequently appeared on CNBC, Fox Business News, Bloomberg and First Business News. He has many articles on Yahoo Finance and Barron’s, quoted in the The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, CNBC, & Bloomberg.
He also discusses financial topics on various podcasts.
The Chicago Board Options Exchange
Mark explains how he came up with a ‘secret’ strategy when he was working at The Chicago Board Options Exchange. He makes a lot of bold claims….for example he has stated that he made 10,000%+ in just a few days on some of his options positions using the strategy.
The story gets even more interesting with him claiming he wanted to share this strategy with the public but his bosses fired him……hmmmm.
The Profit Revolution service is based on this same strategy. Except, he has also refined it over the years and now it’s even better! His marketing is full of bold claims with explanations of how you can start with $100, and the goal is 1,000% profits in a month or less.
I found a few of his claimed track records online. He claims to have turned $100 into $12,000+ in the month of January last year in about 21 trades. All but one of them was a winner.

Profit Revolution Strategy
This is an options trading strategy. Options trading has become more popular than ever before, with more options contracts changing hands daily than ever before.
Mark claims that you can use this to make some serious profits.
This big increase in trading volume since the pandemic has created big spikes in volatility that can be seen in the chart of the VIX above. The VIX is the volatility index that gives a measure of the volatility on S&P 500 index options. Many traders use the VIX to predict volatility.
Mark’s strategy uses these huge volatility spikes to make money. A lot of money.
What do You Get with Mark Sebastian’s Profit Revolution?
The main reason most people join Profit Revolution is the live trading room. Every day Mark goes live to update everyone on the positions he is currently holding and goes over his latest picks and market analysis.
He makes a trade suggestion and gives everyone his thoughts on why it is likely to be a good trade.
The cool thing is that there is a chat feature that lets you talk to Mark about why he is taking the action that he is.
Mark Sebastian Trading Software
This is the secret sauce to Marks trading success, and YOU get access to it! Mark Sebastians Asymmetric Trading software cost 6-figures to develop. But, if his claims are true then it was worth every penny!
You can see all the back-tested data for almost all stocks that the software uses. The software has a tool called the Volatility Intel Indicator that finds low-cost (but still underpriced) options contracts that have a lot of potential to move up in price massively. These contracts are priced under $1.
Mark Sebastian Tactical Trading Course
Mark has a course called Tactical Trading. This course is broken down into 10-minute videos. The structure makes it quite easy to follow and learn from quickly.
You can get 1-5 trading ideas every week from the Asymmetric Trading strategy which is fully explained in the Tactical Trading course.
The course also introduces members to Brian King, the main trading coach in the service.

The Trade Journal
Journaling your trades is very important for success. You can use your own program (e.g. Chartlog).
The trading journal lets you analyze you all of your trades with the service. It has all the usual features that you would expect from a trading journal in that it keeps track of your total return etc.
The Profit Revolution Chat Room
The Profit Revolution service includes a private chat room where subscribers can chat to each other about Marks trade alerts etc. These communities are often worth their weight in gold.
Mark is not usually in the room, but he has been known to appear occasionally.
How Much Does Profit Revolution Cost?
Profit Revolution costs $5,000 a year. So, not cheap! It does come with a 30-day money back guarantee though. They claim that they will offer you a full refund if you don’t think that the membership is worth 10x of what you paid!
This is crazy good, but I would check that it is still in place before you buy.
Mark Sebastian’s Profit Revolution Review: Conclusions
I can’t verify if Marks story is true regarding why he was fired from CBOE. Claims that he was fired because he dared to share his winning trading strategy with the public seem a little far-fetched – but stranger things have happened.
The story reminds me a bit of Kiana Danial claiming that she was fired from her Wall Street job for being too keen to make things ‘fair’ for retail traders.
He has some big, bold claims about his strategy and service.
His claims of 1000% in a month seem just too good to be true in my opinion. However, if they honor the 30-day refund policy then the service is intriguing enough to try out. You just never know!
